I have a chart showing performance plotted as a bar against target plotted as
a line, over the course of a year (X axis is a date field). What I would
like to do is to change the colour of the bar depending on whether the value
has met the target - green for met target and red for not met target. The
added complication is that sometimes the value should be greater than or
equal to target and sometimes the value should be less than or equal to
target. I have a field which this is recorded in called "Target Indicator".
Can anyone help point me in the right direction as to how to do this?
