Changing Cell Color

How do you change the color of a cell?

If the formula calculates a value greater than $0 in B1, how can I
change A1 to blue?


A1 B1
$4.80 $3.60

When B1 is greater than 0, I want A1 to turn blue.

Select A1 goto Format --> Conditional Formatting, there you enter:

Formula is =B1>0

and then you select the properties you want for cell A1
