You need to use conditional formatting,found on the format
menu. Has three potential conditions each additional
condition accessed by the Add button at bottom of
conditional formatting box. You can change either the
font, the font colour, the border,the colour and pattern,
for each condition. Note once one condition is met the
next are subsequently ignored so think about their order.
