Changing colours of a cell

Hello, I am wondering if there is a formula to make a
cell change colour if it reaches a certain value.
For example if am keeping a 30-day total of column B in
column C if the number is getting higher than 100 I would
like it to turn yellow. If it reaches 120 I would like it
to turn red
