Changing Colours of current record in a countinous form

Hi,
I want to change the colors or backgrounds of current record as the
cursor (pointer) is moved to the record on a continous form. I have the
knowlede of oracle in which it is "current reccord attribute" property. do we
have some thing in MS Assecc.
