I'm using Outlook 2000 on XP Home. For the life of me, I can't
figure out how to change the default font for plain-text messages.
Help please?

Tools->Options->Mail Format tab->Fonts. This sets it for outgoing new mail
messages.

If you want to override the font in the message, at the bottom, check the
option to "always use my fonts."
