Changing default Office program. From Office2007 to Office2003

Hi
I have installed Office2007 on my computer for testing and learning.
Have kept Office2003 on the same computer (since this is the software
everybody is using). How can I keep Office2003 as default office software
and NOT Office2007.

Looking forward for an solution.
