Changing default Paragraph spacing in Outlook

Since going to Office 2003, when I type my Outlook email it is always double
spaced. I have to select text, go to Format paragraph, and reset spacing to 0
before and after.
I'ts driving me nuts. How can I reset the default paragraph spacing to 0 to
get single lines?
