Changing Default Publication Path

I am using Publisher 2003 for my intranet site. I recently installed a new
IIS Server, and moved all the related files to that server. However, if I
make a change to the .pub file and try to publish it as .htm, Publisher wants
to go back to my old server (and since it is not turned on, Publisher locks
up). Does anyone know how to change the default path Publisher wants to
publish .htm files to? Or am I stuck recreating my site from scratch?
