changing dulicated objects

OK ill try my post in here..

I have made a table of 10 rows by 2 columns and duplicated grouped objects
into all the cells....now i want to make changes to these groups, but i need
those changes to be reflected in all the objects just the same....

For example if i have John Smith ina text box and want to change it to James
Right..
how can i change it all at one time without doing it one by one

James, Type the name in the *find what*, type the replacement name in the
*replace with*. (This is in the Edit menu).

obviously your missing the point here...

there isn't a menu called ..FIND what.

I'm gonna leave some advise on how i would relate answers ok?

Primarily people ask questions because they DON'T know or not sure,
so we should go on THAT premise when dealing with them, i would suppose,

I find it kinda defeating and troublesome to be told to go look it up
something when i have asked something .
Also I wouldnt suppose someone will already automaticly know something
without given clear reason that that is the case.
Its nice to give some1 credit for assumption but in teaching or instruction,
on a clear void, its not warranted.

SO its ok.. to related to me as a complete dummy in such an instance.
