Changing font size in Outlook

I am trying to change the DEFAULT font size in Outlook 2003. If anyone knows
how to do this, I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

Thank you-that helped with email font size. I want to change font size in
Calendar details (I found how to change the subject line and the date & time,
but want to change the size in the rest of the calendar details. If you can
help with that, I would be most grateful!
