Changing Format of incoming messages

We use Outlook 2000 and I am aware of the option to change the default format
for outgoing messages. However, is it also possible to do this the other way
around e.g. change the format of incoming messages so that e-mails are
automatically are displayed in HTML format. Certain options are only
available in HTML format (e.g. print current page).
