Changing from ALL CAPS

Good Morning. Does anyone know how to change a field from
ALL Caps to the First letter caps. I remember it has to
do with Proper Name but can't remember exactly. Thanks
for your help.

If you download asap-utilities (it is free) there is a menu item under text
which will 'start each word with upper case'. Lots of other useful stuff
there too.
