I am designing a flyer in Microsoft Publisher that has pictures that are in
color. I would like to print the flyer in black and white. How do I change
the document from color printing to black and white printing?

Thank you for your sincere effort to help Miss Tick!. As I stated in my
question, I wanted to change the color in the actual program before printing.
FYI, the correct procedure is to go into the Tools menu, point to Commerical
Printing Tools, and then click on Color Printing. Under define all colors as,
click on Single color. Hopefully this will some day help you out as much as
your post did me.

Don - Thank you for the tip! Of course I'd already taken the hardest road to
the same destination by the time I received your response. ;) Next time I'll
use your tip though!

Uh. I disagree.
Commerical Printing Tools, and then click on Color Printing. Under
define all colors as, click on Single color. <<

The correct procedure is to use an image editing program to change what
is necessary to grayscale, then replace the images. The cheap and
unprofessional way is to do as you suggest. If quality doesn't count, do
it your way. Hopefully, your files are not being sent to a professional
printer for output, but being printed on you desktop inkjet.

: Not really. I looked 'commerical' up in three dictionaries and none could
: tell me what it means. My vocabulary must be seriously lacking as are the
: contents of the OED, Chambers English Dictionary and The Scrabble Player's
: Companion. Could you please enlighten me?

: I know much about what there is not know about Publisher, using it as I

: since version one.

WTF does the above sentence mean? You are frequently on about mispelled
words and grammar
and here YOU are mangling English. The shame is that you have a lot of
knowledge, but very little insight on how to impart it. People come to these
groups for H E L P, not for abuse. People are imperfect, even you. Grow up!

I know nothing about commerical printing. Please ,take
: this opportunity to expand my knowledge.
