Changing GAL Display Columns

Is there a way to change the default fields that display in the Address Book
when accessing either the GAL or Contacts? I want to add mobile phone to the
default list??

The administrator may be able to change it for all users but you can not
change it.

Doh, I am the administrator but new to Exhange. I looked in the Exchange
Server Manager for some options but couldn't find it, where are these set and
thanks for your help.
