Outlook will not open .jpg files - error message pops
saying "Microsoft Photo Editor - No File format
information can be found in this registry" and
then "unknown file format". Copying the file onto the
desktop allows it to be opened. How do I change the
default graphics viewer inside outlook to be able to open
this.
