Changing hyperlink properties

I'm using Frontpage 2003. I cannot find an option to change the hyperlink,
visited hyperlink, and active hyperlink colors for just a single cell. I
see the option to change it for the entire page by right clicking on the
page, then going to page properties, and formatting.

I just want to do this for a single cell which has dynamic code in it.

If you right click on the Hyperlink, a menu appears, is that what you are
looking for?
