Hi,
on the PC version you can create and alter icon images, typically after making a macro icon. On the Mac version I can't seem to find it. It lets me change the icon to selected icons, but the option of altering them refuses to be found. Can anyone help?

You can't alter or edit the icons supplied with the Office apps, but you
aren't limited to using only those in the palette, either:) Copy the icon
you want to use then go to the button's Properties, open the palette of
stock icons but choose Paste Button Image.

[Note:] There may be some commands in some programs that will accept but not
display the icon regardless of whether it's stock or custom - Save As in
Word, for example.

Bob,
many thanks for this. When I tried that initially, the Paste command was greyed out, but I guess that is because there was nothing on the clipboard. A happy man! :))
