Changing lines at words

Currently my slides change lines without regard to word as below:

The articles have special and complex meanin
gs.

But I want them to respect word integrity in changing lines as below:

The articles have special and complex
meanings.

Could you tell me how I make PPT do this? Thanks.

Thanks. It works.
But it doesn't explain how to make the correction apply globally to the
whole file rather than just to an individual slide. Can you give me some more
help on this?
