changing name/email address in FROM and S fields

Hi,

I've got a problem with the FROM and SENDER fields. I have two email address and somehow, Outlook "picked" one of them and I want to change it to the second one.
I can change the FROM manually (options button) but the email gets sent with this correct email and the wrong SENDER email. If I use defaults and don't change the FROM address is picks up the first email. I want to change this to use the second email address.
