Changing name/Japanese text

Hi,

I'm still working out Entourage.

I live in Japan and most of my mail comes in Japanese. In the subject line sometimes the Japanese characters come up as a seemingly random spew of symbols; it rarely happens in the body of the text. I'm guessing it has to do with text encoding. Is there anything I can do?

My second question is strange. I'm getting some mail FROM and/or TO "Office 2004 Test Drive User" followed my my email address. My version is 2008 and I bought it. Where can I change the field so that my name comes up at least in the TO field (preferably on the non SPAM email)?

Thank you much,
wm

Open WORD and click on Word/ Preferences/User Information Under Personal
settings). Make sure your name is shown and not "Office 2004 Test Drive
User".
