Changing none text entry to text?

Hello all

I hope you can help me. I have imported a worksheet from another source
within this worksheet certain cells contain --:-- I want to create a formula
to change this cell contents to NCO whats the best way of achieving this???

Look at Edit=>Replace

Find What : --:--

Replace with: NCO
