Changing Office 2007 color schemes

Hi All,
I am having a bit of nightmare as lots of my users who moved to office 2007
complained that the visibility of the items in Excel and Outlook is degarded.
Especially the selection of Excel columns, read and unread Outlook items etc.
I am able to change from the properties teh colour scheme but for some is
not enought. Is there a way where I can change individual items' colour
settings?
Thanks,

M

Without looking at each person's settings and knowing what is acceptable to
them or not, it is pretty hard to provide an answer that would satisfy
individual tastes.

You can try using the Windows appearance settings to specify Office colors
but as for what elements of which program each person has an issue with, I
am sure you understand that we cannot solve this for you from afar.

Thank you Milly for the reply,
The issue might be related to Office 2007 on XP Pro which we are using.
Regards,
