Changing Out of Office Assistant defaults

I understand the default for the OOO assistant is to reply to internal
addresses only. Is there a setting on the Exchange server side that can be
changed so the OOO assistant will respond to outside emails?

there is, but you want to think VERY carefully before you do this. if you
enable this, OOO will reply to ALL spam you get.

Plus possibly institute an email loop that will bring down the corporate
mail server. That is the major reason this setting is turned off by
default.
