Out of Office Assistant

I have Outlook 2007. The OOO Assistant is not in my Tools Menu. How can I add
it?

Out of Office for users who do not sit on a server must now use Rules and
Templates for thier Out of Office messages.

The Out of Office Assistant exists only if you are using an Exchange account.
If you are a home user, it's highly likely you won't have it. Instead, see if
your mail provider has a "vacation" or "away" feature or use a rule.
