Hi, ive installed Office 365 several weeks ago with the main purpose for Real-Time Co-Authoring in Word documents.
At first everything is going fine, we can edit 1 document with several people, shown real-time. But since around a week ago, i can no longer see other people in Real-time.
Several things to note :
- other people can see each other just fine, im the only one having problem
- i can see other people using Word in Browser :
- but when i switched to Desktop App, i cant see them anymore, its all greyed out also, without the "Go to Location" option.
- other people can still each other fine in their own Desktop App, and they also see my name tag in Grey
Steps i have tried :
* Compelete uninstall using Microsoft Sara (support and recovery assistant)
* Re-download 365 installer
* Re-Install Office
* Clearing Office cache: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache
