Changing Outlook addresses

I just changed companies and had to change my email from the previous
exchange server to a new pop3 server. Is there anyway to get my old folders
and emails from the previous server. They are not in the new setup. I'm
screwed, right? Oh, I have Outlook 2002, i think

Unless you can connect to the previous Exchange account, then no.
However, your previous company might not WANT you to take their emails
away anyway.

yea, i kinda figured that. if i had thought ahead i would have exported them
all to a csv file or used the backup program to make a pst file but woulda,
coulda, shoulda, thanks anyway
