Changing Owner of Project

Hello,

Thanks for your help!

I am trying to change the owner of a project in Project
Server. The person who loaded the Project is the owner
but now the Project will be handle by another person. I
have tried republishing all assignment using the new
owner's login but the project is still showing the
ownership as the old person. How do I change this?
