Changing Paths - Mapping a new path

I have been unable to find an answer to this question.
Hopefully someone can answer this in a simple manner that
a non-tech person can implement. I know nothing about how
to use VB code.

When ever I click on "Insert > Picture > From File" the
folder cagcat10 opens up. I want to map this so that the
folder of my choosing opens up ie S:\liz\pictures. It
wouldn't be so bad if this folder (cagcat10) only opened
once and then subsequently my folder opened up, but I have
to navigate to my folder every time I want to insert an
image.
