Changing paths of linked tables without Linked Table Manger

I

Ilka

Hi,
I need to change the paths of linked tables to a path that
doesn't exist on my computer, which means I can't use the
Linked Table Manager.

I am making the changes to the database for someone else
to whom I will send the database when I have made the
changes. He needs the tables to link to a D drive, which
I don't have on my machine, so I can't actually make the
changes using the Linked Table Manager.

Is there some way I can type the path for the linked
tables (in VB?) which won't require refreshing to check
the links on my computer?

I am using Access 2000 and Windows 2000. I can manipulate
VB code, but I am not a programmer.

Any tips would be much appreciated,

Ilka :)
