Changing pie chart slice colors

How do I change the colors of each pie slice to be something different than
the default color selection using excel 2007?

Click on a wedge once to select the pie, then again to select the wedge,
then format it through the ribbon or using CTRL+1 (number one) to open the
format point dialog.
