Changing project calendar

Shouldn't it be possible to make changes to the project
calendar via Tools /Change Working Time menu in Project
Professional 2002?

One of our project managers wants to make next weekend a
working weekend but the menu is grayed out, even when the
calendar is named: xxxx (Project Calendar)
