Changing Project Manager or Having multiple PM's

Is it possible to change the project manager for a
project that has already been posted to Project Server,
giving the new PM the ability to update the project tasks?

Is it possible to assign multiple PM's to a project
giving each of the them the ability to open and update
the project in Project 2002.

I can't seem to find out how to make this happen.

To have multiple project managers managing blocks of tasks in a project,
each manager should select only the tasks which he/she will manage before
republishing the assignments. Hope this helps.
