Changing Project Owner

We are using Project Server 2003 and had many department changes within our
company. We need to mass update owners/project managers on all projects.
Does anyone know of an automated way to do this? SQL or VB???

There is no default way to do this within Project Server. You could write
your own SQL script to do this, if you have the proficiency, or you could
purchase the following tool:
