Changing Project Owner

How do I change the Project Owner if a project has not yet been published? I
know once it is published I can do it via Project Center, but how can I do it
prior to that?

Hi,

Project Owner is a PWA field, so it only exists when you publish. It may
first be set up to be the same as the Author under File, Properties in
Project Pro. Whoever first publishes the project is the owner.
