I am an administrator on our ProjectServer 2003 system. I am trying
to change the owner of a project I created to another project manager
in the group. When I do this through PWA (Projects Tab, Edit button)
and save the change, the change does not stick for this particular
PM. If I change the owner to any other PM, it works fine. I've
compared the setup of this one PM to other PMs, and I can't find any
difference. Why would PWA allow me to change ownership to some PMs,
but not to this one? (PWA does not give any error indicator,
