Changing reporters view

Hi,

in "my tasks" view I would like to add a culmn. is it possible?
i.e. I want to add a % complete culmn in order for reporters to see in
first overview what are the tasks that they not need to report on.

Sure, simply add the % Complete column to the "My Assignments" view.

Server Settings > Manage Views

Yes, edit the view again, and just under the boxes where you add the column,
you can set the width.
