Changing Resource Descriptions

I've assigned resources to a project using Build Team From Enterprise. Now
some of the descriptions for the resources have changed in the Enterprise
Resource Pool. Is there a straight forward way to refresh the descriptions of
the resources assigned to all the projects to reflect the new descriptions in
the Enterprise Resource pool?
