Hi,
After creating a meeting in Outlook 2003, I see that any "Resources"
invite to the meeting are automatically populated into the "Location
field of the meeting....very convenient.
However, if I change the meeting by changing the Resource (eg chang
coneference rooms of the meeting), the "Location" field does no
automatically refresh to reflect this change. This can cause confusio
as to where meetings are if their original location has changed.
Is there any way Outlook can automatically refresh the "Location" fiel
of a meeting whenever a meeting's resources change?
Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Shane
