Scenario:
I have a meeting in Room A that needs to be moved to Room B
Steps Taken:
I delete Room A from the invite and add Room B as a resource.
Outcome:
Invite and meeting detail show Room B as the new resource. No
record of Room A appears. GOOD.
Calendar detail when viewing calendar from the daily, weekly, or
monthly view, shows both Room A AND Room B. BAD.
This seems to only happen when changing one meeting within a series. My IT
department has suggested I first delete the meeting and then send out a new
request. However, my boss is not satisfied with this answer and feels there
should be some sort of a fix available. Does anyone know of one?
