changing shapes

I made a draft flow chart, and realised that some shapes need to be
changed.
For instance, a process shape needs to be changed to a decission shape.
The
text inside the shape stays unchanged and arrows stay unchanged.
How can I change shape, without having having to delete the old one
(process) and replace it by the new one (decission)?

if you are v2003 there is a special shape (labeled flowchart shapes in the
stencil) that allows you to change the appearance and keep the text. If you
didn't use this shape you have to recreate....
