changing text and format

When I type the letters “en" followed by a blank (“ “) or CR Word changes
the letters “en" into this “

I just cant understand how to get rid of it.

You have somehow defined an AutoCorrect entry that does this replacement. Go
to Tools > AutoCorrect Options, click the row in the list that has "en" on
the left side, and click the Delete button.

Thank you Jay,
But I am afraid that doesn’t work I have tried it already and there is no
“en" defined there.
Also the account number did not show up in the document on my screen.
