Changing text in Outlook buttons

Is it possible to change the text displayed in the voting buttons of a
Meeting Request (Accept/Tentative/Decline)?
I've looked at generating a new form based on the existing Meeting Request
form, but I can't find where these buttons are located (I suspect that this
toolbar is only generated once the Meeting Request message has been
submitted). In addition, and in order to prevent confusion on the user side,
I'd prefer not to have to generate a new custom form based on the Meeting
Request.
