Changing the button caption for browsing file

Hi,

For the the code base on
API: Call the standard Windows File Open/Save dialog box

Is there a way to change the button caption instead of using "Open" and "Save
as"

That would require a very high level of proficiency with the details
of the OPENFILENAME structure and the lpTemplateName field in
particular. For mere mortals: no, that is not possible.
