If you are using Access 2000 and above, you can use the Conditional
Formatting option (Format menu, Conditional Formatting). Use the
"Expression Is" option, test for the value of the checkbox field and set
your background color.
If you're using a version pre Access 2000, you don't have an option to do
this. Changing the background color of a control on a continuous form will
make all the records that color.
