Changing the Default Database folder does not change the start fol

Changing the Default Database folder does not seem to change the start in
directory when choosing a file to import. It always points to My documents. I
want to change this to point to someotherfolder.

Anyone else overcome this ?

using the import wizard, this is not possible.
