You're right, it's very different in any other Office app than it is in
Access. Unless you REALLY try hard, Access pretty much won't do UserForms,
whereas they're the default (only?) type of form for all other Office
applications.
The good news is that if you can figure out how to do it on a UserForm in
one app, you'll know how to do it in any of the others. And sorry, I don't
know how, or if it's even possible, otherwise I'd share.

Because of the
differences, your best bet is to ask in an Outlook group.
