Changing the Fax Templates in Fax Wizard

I have a document I want to send via File... Send To> then using a Fax
Modem.

What I am trying to do is send the file using a cover sheet. But the
cover sheet I am wanting to use is not the default ones provided (I
have created my own fax cover page template).

How do I change this so I can use the one I want and not the default
ones??
