Changing the Order of Data Entry

When the form was first built, the fields when tabbed were in order. A field
was added for Middle Initial and now when you tab it skips over it and comes
to it last.

Is there a way to repair this other than rebuilding the form from scratch?

No problem.
In Form Design View, click on View + Tab Order
Select the field and drag it to wherever in the order you wish.
