Changing the phrasing on Email notifications

I would like to modify the "Update Notification" standard Email phrasing sent
from Project Server. Is this possible?

Thank you, Dale! I will study that very complete instruction and see if this
non-technical guy can do it properly. (The pain may not be worth the gain, as
